An employee informed us that we had to place our order from the stairs next to the window, as the drive-thru had a sharp curve that our truck couldn't navigate. They mentioned that they only served truck drivers who could go up to the window. When we explained our situation, the cashier was very dismissive. I asked if we could at least get something for our young daughter, who was with us, but she laughed in our faces and said we couldn't because we weren't truck drivers. Then she just shut the window on us. It's truly disappointing that they wouldn't even provide food for a ten-year-old child.
It appears that this Arby's only hires unprofessional staff. They request that customers wear face masks, yet the kitchen employees don't wear them. I plan to report this unsanitary restaurant to the health department.
Follow-up: A week later, Miosha at the store made it right for me, and I was very satisfied. She was accommodating and friendly. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Not providing a replacement for your draws is unacceptable. You have a queue of customers unable to place their orders due to inadequate planning. Service: 1
Since this Arby’s is situated in a truck stop, it was great to have additional food options beyond hot dogs, nachos, and similar items.
