Domino's Pizza Mindarie

I placed an online order at 6:30 a.m. and was informed that the delivery time would be 6:50 p.m. At 6:55 p.m., I called to check on my order and was told the driver had just left. By 7:00 p.m., I called again because I still hadn’t received anything. My order was reordered, and this time I was told it would arrive by 7:25 p.m., and they offered me free garlic bread for the inconvenience, which I accepted. However, my order finally arrived at 7:30 p.m., an hour after my initial call, and while I did receive the free garlic bread, part of my order was overcooked and inedible. Overall, not a satisfactory experience, Domino's.

I've always received my pizzas quickly and piping hot. In the past, when Domino's felt they hadn't met their delivery speed, they even provided free pizza vouchers. That's impressive customer service! A big thank you to everyone at Domino's!

I ordered a simple cheese pizza with added mushrooms and onions. My pizza arrived quickly, which was a plus, but I was disappointed to find that there was barely any cheese on it. I don't understand how that happened—when you order a cheese pizza, you expect it to be loaded with cheese. I ended up having to add my own cheese at home and microwave it to get it to melt. Overall, it was a waste of time to order this pizza. I wouldn't recommend it.

This Domino’s is like MARVEL CINEMAS of pizza restaurants, hungry for awesomeness before you go there and extremely satisfied later .

I wish I could rate 0 star. Food quality is as poor it can be. It’s been few times that we are experiencing a lot of quality issues. Today is just another level, ordered vegorama without a cheese and this is what I got after paying extra for chilli flakes and feta. Cannot see a single piece of feta or pineapple on it. Not gonna give them business anymore. Mistake is once or twice but often , seems like a habit. Please don’t waste money and try other places.
