Trench - Minato

Wow. this bar is top note and amazing. a must when they come to japan. amazing personal, atmosphere and drinks.

It is a beautiful bar with beautiful drinks. the service was amazing, and the drinks were works of art! I loved the whole atmosphere and watched the bartenders make the drinks. I ordered the salt tears cocktail and enjoyed it very much. I recommend checking it in any case.

Cocktails were absolutely incredible, and the music and vibes were very cool. Drinks were well balanced and had a good choice on the menu; my favorites were the mezcal milk punch and the max pony. the room is small in the inner, but there are some sitting places outside, and there are 3 more related cocktail bars in the opposite, when the room is full (although this was our favorite of all). rogerio even recommended us to visit in other cities we visited in japan, and we were not disappointed!

Great bar. the most famous bartender was not there on a Thursday night, but the bartender who was there was great, and perfect English too. I was under the impression that there would be more sitting in the bar, but there is really about 12 sitting overall, of which I would say 7 on the theke. the prices are clearly printed on the menu. I want to go back to try more.

Very modern, cool vibe bar. Excellent craft drinks and the service is exceptional!! Enjoyed drinks from the menu and also asked bartender to make any concoctions. All were delicious!! Love the bar snacks too!
