Wendy's - Milwaukee

I was surprised how clean this restaurant is. The staff obviously worked very hard to maintain it, even in a slightly rough neighborhood. The food came out hot and fresh, and was served with a smile. Honestly, it is rare that I am this impressed with good customer service.

Very slow service. Love their chilli and spicy chicken sandwich.

Slowest drive thru EVER!! No joke waited in line for 15-20 mins without it even moving. Employees are absolutely rude and our order was completely wrong and this isnt the 1st time we have experienced this problem here. Oh lets not forget how they are outof items everytime we have gone there. Only reason we have tried it a few times is because its close, but not anymore forget itwe will drive across town now.

The manager, Rose, took my order and she was very friendly. My order arrived on time, but unfortunately, the meat was overcooked. I plan to return and give it another try to see if this was just a one-time issue.

I visited this location after the Burger King on Lisbon informed me that they weren’t open at 7:30, despite their website stating otherwise. Manager Stephen took my order, and I was out in just three minutes at the drive-thru. What really impressed me was his upbeat and positive attitude; he was the only employee at the restaurant during my visit, but you wouldn’t have known it from the excellent service! Thank you, Stephen! You truly brightened my morning as a customer!
