The King I Thai - Milwaukee

I have been searching for a new go-to spot for my favorite Thai dishes, and after almost 9 months of searching, I finally found it! Everything was delicious, from the panang curry to the chicken satay, the som tom papaya salad to the fresh spring rolls (which had a unique addition of mint that was fabulous). My only critique is that the som tom papaya salad was quite small for its $10 price. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Overall, the food was delicious. The roasted pineapple duck curry was particularly sweet and tasty. I did find the salads to be a bit expensive. My group ordered the steak larb salad and papaya salad, but the portion sizes were quite small compared to other restaurants I've been to. Our server was very friendly and although it seemed like they were short staffed that day, the service was still good. I would definitely consider eating here again!

No complaints here! The food and service were both very good. Just be aware of their spice levels because even the mild option was quite spicy.

That is a small joint that is obviously family-run. if I had to guess, the two were servers working on the floor, a man-woman owner team. I enjoy a non-brushed culinary experience, so I have no complaints. but note, if they are looking for a fast meal, this was not a quick in-and-out experience for us at a Wednesday night, although there were only four tables at the time of our visit. that all said, no shadow because I loved the experience, and they have an open view into the kitchen that always trusts much for the diner and joins themselves to the ambiente, as when eating in someone's home. eating was at thai point. my cup tom kha suppe had a beautiful and mysterious creamy pink color and was full of finely chopped veggies of all colors. the siamese jade noodles were beautiful. they do not order the plentiful amount of green curry broth that are provided, so they can easily order a side of rice. they have local beer that I really appreciate. my dining room partner ordered crabs rangoons (standard and as expected) fried rice, tonn suppe and pad thai with bark meat. everyone was happy. the pad thai was stacked with fresh pear sprouts. a solid experience.

Enjoyed a visit with my friend --at first entrance I thought it needed some more lighting--but once seated and looking around I was impressed with everything the chairs had beautiful inlays in them. Service was very good and attentive our bill climbed to $73 before tip because my goofy buddy ordered $20 in appetizer's but they were good )All are food was great prices were 6 king i wings 13 -2 orders of beef spring rolls $3.50 ea Mango beef curry with rice 22 King I fried rice 17--bottle MGD 3==glass Asti 7 --overall a great visit and we'll go back
