Rock Bottom Brewery Restaurant - Milwaukee

Sabrina was our server. she could not release a plate or a glass to save her life. simply not very pleasant in general. would she have been a little more pleasant, would it have been better to eat?

That eating was okay would have rated better, but ripening my man had ordered were dry.

We sat outside on the terrace and saw the river. it was very nice, not too loud or crowded.

The food and the service were good. noise level was to be expected, but we could still have a good talk

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant. The service was absolutely horrible!! We had reservations and they did seat us right away and than it went down hill from there. It took 45 mins before we were served our drinks. Than they brought out 1 out of the 4 entree’s before we ever got our appetizer. The appetizer came out 10 mins later and than another 20 mins before the other 3 entree’s came out. Not once did anyone offer up an apology or offer to take money off of our bill even after we complained.
