Red Robin Gourmet Burgers - Milwaukee

The corporate policy should discriminate against families with children. my family and I went there to celebrate my son's birthday and since my wife doesn't like her stalls, we asked for a table. when I said there was a 10- to 15-minute waiting time, I said we were sitting in the bar area at the community table. I was immediately told that the bar area is only for guests 21 and above. After I pointed out that there were 4 children in the opposite, the manager apologized and let us sit there. company line is that they try to have a counter for adult to relax with outside children. my answer is, they are a family restaurant, stop trying to be a bar where adult come to hang.

It is worth a try. I went here a few times with my wife and my children and was very disappointed by the service. the eating was great, but the service overshadowed it to the point where I discussed the situation with the manager. I have learned a few things and agree to give them another shot. the last time I came in, there was a night and day difference in the service. the food was still very good, but now the service finally matched it. I hope they've brought them back to the place I really want to go back. I'm 100% ready for a burger now!

It's a chain, but you can't deny that you get a really good burger here.

Nope.. They say that it's unlimited fries, but they give you like 15 fries and then don't come back until your food gets there. I asked for fries and she said it was going to be a little while. I was done with dinner before the fries came. The burgers were good. It was a Thursday night and there were 6 kids birthdays with singing. The guy with his family next to us had a camcorder. And that was weird. Very crowded, not much room, we basically shared a table with a bunch of people.
