Papa John's Pizza - Milwaukee

Their pizza is not just good, it is one of the best in town. They always get my orders right, never making mistakes. I went yesterday to place a large order for school and needed to use a tax exemption card. Although their computer system was a bit tricky to navigate, the staff member did her best to assist me and took the time to ensure it was processed correctly.

I have been consistently disappointed by the owner's management of this restaurant. Despite ordering from them multiple times over the past 6 years, with a return rate of about 50%, I have never received a response during the times when the service was subpar. While I understand that even Shaq can't deliver, I believe that the owner of the Oakland store should step up and deliver pizzas themselves if there is no driver available. As the owner or manager, it is your responsibility to ensure that the business runs smoothly. All I ever wanted was a refund, but instead the store offered to send a driver to pick up the pizza that took an hour and a half to be delivered on a Monday afternoon. I would like to enjoy their pizza again, but I doubt it would arrive within a 40-minute timeframe.
