Miss Katie's Diner - Milwaukee

During the trip to Milwaukee decided to try a local diner. On the breakfast card was a page of Hash Browns. We ordered (2). After a few bites I asked the server do these have onions in them. Then I decided to get the grilled onions. The single-plate image shows the version of Miss Katie the page of the Hash Browns. After trying to remove the onions, I was overwhelmed by the numerous onions and the lack of potatoes. After my rutile attempt to remove the onions, it was often obvious that the menu item should have read the side of the grilled onions. I was disappointed that the restaurant did not apologize or corrected the situation. Needless to say, the lack of concern from the waitstaff and inaccurate menu description I will not go back. If I could have given less than one star. If I no longer wanted to dissolve from my day to make a point, the side panels show the fullness of onions.

Food and service was great! Definitely will visit again. Really enjoyed the potatoes chips. Cajun chicken and beer batter chicken strips was very good. You must try the malts.

First off the food is tops. Secondly the place is a time capsule from my youth. Best ice tea I've ever had. Looks empty or closed from the outside with tinted glass and a couple good sized weeds growing and I almost passed on it. Sure glad I didn't. Great service too!

Quick and tasty. Finally drove by and checked this place out. The wife had heard it was good. A lil heavy on the butter but finally got to check out a Milwaukee staple

My husband and I literally just landed from flying in from the south. My husband loves to look up reviews especially from Diners, Drive -Ins and Dives television show on food network. We absolutely loved it , we had such a sweet and cheerful waitress and our meals, oh our meals were so delicious and then we had their famous chocolate malt. WOW, WOW, WOW You definitely have to try out this restaurant. Believe me... You'll be sending me a personal thank you card because this lady will tell you the truth and nothing but the truth.
