Cousins Subs - Milwaukee

I recently ordered dinner for takeout from this restaurant and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. Each bite of the Italian Special was delicious and well-prepared, making it a dish I highly recommend. The service was equally impressive, with staff being attentive and friendly, also deserving a 5-star rating. The atmosphere of the restaurant is inviting and lovely, which adds to the overall dining experience, even for takeout. On top of that, there is a free parking lot available, which is a nice bonus. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely return!

I waited 20 minutes for my food, which was a call-in order. Overall, I would rate the food 2/5, the service 2/5, and the atmosphere 3/5.

I ordered a whole meal with a sub, fries, and a 20oz Coke, and I asked for a cup of ice for my drink. To my surprise, they wanted to charge me for the ice! I really love Cousins, but after this experience, I doubt I’ll be coming back. I've never been charged for ice anywhere else. Service: 1 star.
