Subway - Milton Ont Canada

First of all the bread they are using is extremely old and stale plus upon asking if the bread is fresh or not, Kavita lied upfront by saying it is made in the evening. It has not even been 10min and i cannot even chew the bread!! Plus staff is extremely rude. Regret buying and wasting $25 here. Tried this subway first time but felt like bread was stale. I eat sub once in a week on university avenue. They always have a fresh bread but this subway is worst. Even a guy who was working last night was worst in customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst cx support even the manager of the store don’t have the verbal communication skills, they even don’t have knowledge about their own Subway app and they both were not able to sort the issue. Subway is a big name if people staff like this are been hired just for hiring then that store will surely remain dead and no locals would be coming up to enjoy there meal and deals. Will never ever go and wont recommend either worst bread and even the Sub was too sore and stole..! Baddest Sub Store and the Ingredients too..! The sandwich artist was very unwelcoming, he gave no greeting and had was just staring at me weirdly. While paying I also asked for a Pepsi but he did not charge me for it and when I went to go grab it, he kept gaslighting me that I did not ask for any drink and continued on that stance. Like why would I possibly NOT have asked for it and then have gone to grab it. So rude, do not recommended this specific place. Service: 1
