Kakori - Milton Keynes

Really disappointed to see this place go downhill so much. It started out fantastic, fresh and high quality. Most recent 2 orders have been late, cold food with poor flavour and lack of attention to detail.

Unfortunately on this occasion it was terrible.The service was very poor, not attentive to table needs.The food received was so bad that despite being ravenously hungry more than half of the portion was left.

Greatly disappointed. Unfortunately I unable to give a minus star designation. In the past I have highly recommended this restaurant and take-away meals. In the past month (October/November) I have had 2 disappointed takeaway meals. The first was poor but we gave them this evening another chance and wish we hadn't. The chicken tikka massala consisted of lumps of chicken swamped in a watery curry sauce, some of the pomadoms were not crisp and the naan bread was very thin and like rubber. The remainder of the dishes were also well below average. We will never recommend again this restaurant.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic takeout meal from Kakori tonight. It was incredibly delicious! I think it was well worth the £28 for two people, especially since we have leftovers for another meal. I highly recommend it.

This Indian restaurant in Milton Keynes is my absolute favorite. Whether you dine in or get takeout, the flavors of the dishes they serve are amazing and there is a wide variety to choose from. The food is not greasy, the restaurant is nicely decorated, and it is usually quiet. The service is quick and professional, the portions are large, and the prices are reasonable. My party of three big eaters were satisfied with £30 worth of food and even had leftovers for lunch the next day. We ordered one main dish, one side dish, and one bread each. We shared two portions of rice between the three of us, but another portion would have been ideal if we didn't rely on the bread.
