Mediocre service , Mediocre food...nearly £12 for a hotdog with a couple of manky bits of steak. Stuffed full of Steak the menu claims No wonder restraunts like this are struggling. VERY POOR VALUE

Sirloin steak was very poor needed trimming was a bit tough, Spaghetti bolognese was all sauce and very little meat ,

I had the worst experience at Frankie and bennys. Firstly, had a horrible greeting by a man who was very hostile to myself and my family. First thing he said was, do you have a booking? He looked on his system and said nop you don’t. I showed him my email and he said that it wasn’t confirmation. Scrolled up and he was like okay. Didn’t get drunk orders until 20 mins of sitting maybe longer. After that waited 20 mins for cocktail. I had to wave him down to take food orders. Food came out and the chips were all cold. My sister orders pasta and it was very liquify. I had enough, spike to the manager as no one came to ask us how the food was or anything. She said she would ‘call me tomorrow’ to discuss my complaint. We went on Sunday... it’s tuesday. I hated that Frankie and bennies.
