Jenna's Place - Milton

The building is so beautiful and old. Amazing view of Houghtons Pond. I love that this is here so I can get snacks when I'm hanging out. I just wish the food was a little higher quality. The fries were flaccid and oily. And the ice cream was actually tasty, but freezing cold and in a styrofoam cup with a plastic soup spoon that cuts my lips. The man serving me did a great job. He was efficient and friendly. Very little vegan options.

I was there the day Ashley Ross was talking about. She omitted the part where the customer who had ordered a sandwich was half through eating it and dropped it. She went back told the waitress what happened and wanted a new sandwich. The waitress in turn called the manager over and the customer proceeded to explain what happened that she had dropped he sandwich. The manager said that due to the circumstances that it was not the restaurant's policy to replace food that was dropped. The customer got very irate and threw the sandwich at the manager at which time the managers husband came from behind the grill and saw what had happened and told the customer to leave immediately. I have never had any problem at Jenna's in the past and the staff has been nothing but courteous and professional. That is the whole story not only part of what Ashley posted. .

Good food, quickly served. Everyone very polite and accommodating. I will return.

Friendly staff, good food and beautiful ambiance...this place is perfect. The from-scratch lemonade is delicious and they put a big ice block in it so the ice lasts longer than regular ice. Most places would just give you a reheated hotdog on a bun but they buttered and grilled the bun and dog...nice touch. My fruit cup was made with actual fresh cut fruit...not stale canned fruit. I love that I don't have to remember to bring food when I come to Houghtons pond with my the kids.

Today I was sitting on the benches with my 2 young daughters, among several other families when the owner marches himself over to a grandmother sitting with at least 3 toddlers and proceeded to violently scream and threaten her, while standing not 1 foot away from her 3 or 4 year old grandson. There wasn't a single child in the place who wasn't terrified. Awful, Uncomfortable, unprofessional and disgusting behavior from a grown man
