This is a fantastic restaurant! The food quality is excellent, the portion sizes are impressive, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

Oh my goodness!! This was GREAT they were very friendly excellent customer service. The fried ribs has good flavor (yum) and the pound cake melted in my mouth. It should be a crime for food to be this good. Candy yams, mac cheese were good as well... I am thankful that we have people still out here with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Keep up the GREAT WORK!!

I can't find the words to describe just how amazing the food was on our first visit. We have a true gem right in our community—the Savior of Soul Food. I will definitely be coming back frequently from Pensacola!

I placed my order at 5 PM, just an hour before they closed at 6 PM. When I got home and checked my order, I realized everything was incorrect. I tried to call back at 5:45, but nobody answered. I left a message, and I never received a call back. It's not just about the money for me; I ordered food on Friday and now it's Monday with no response. Your staff really needs to improve their service. The only reason I finally heard back was because I left a review on Google. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the other ten BBQ places in the area instead.

Very impressed. I called in a lunch order for my family. The crew was friendly, they had our large order ready to go promptly, it was packaged thoughtfully, all of it was piping hot. (The prices are also very reasonable. The food was so delicious. The collard greens, cornbread, homemade Mac n Cheese are all must-try items, we really enjoyed everything. It's obvious when food is made with skill; but this food was also made with heart soul. We look forward to next time! Thank you!
