Bobbyg's Chicago Eatery Sports - Milton

Really liked the atmosphere here. Recommend the cheesy garlic bread and deep dish pizza here.

We were eager to try this place as most Chicago style places in our area have closed. To say we were disappointed was an understatement. The service was subpar, the chili on the chili dog was tasteless, their beef tamale was Mexican style- not Chicago, the Italian beef was just okay. Staff overall not so friendly, and the whole experience was a rushed one. When food came out we needed some things, but were not asked or given a chance to tell the food runner before he ran off, the waitress didn't bring what we needed until half our meal or more was eaten. She also removed a plate I was still eating on; did not ask if we were done, brought the check before we asked for it although we WERE going to order a pizza to go hoping something on their menu was worthy of the high reviews. When we stood up to leave already disappointed we were gathering our things when they began cleaning the table before we even took one step away from the table. We were in and out in 23 minutes for an early Saturday evening dinner and not one smile or you're welcome from any of the staff. It did not occur to us to speak to management as we were mostly put off by the experience, like wth just happened? Perhaps we should have spoken to mangement about the staff, but mostly it was our opinion that the food was not worth our 45 minute drive. Maybe one day we will come back for pizza and just do take-out over dine-in.

The pizza and atmosphere are excellent. Kudos y'all.

This restaurant for the first time visited and loved. this restaurant makes them in any case as they are in chicago. we ordered chicago dogs and a basket of mixed tweebel rings and fries. the food came out very quickly and was hot and fresh. the staff was very friendly and prompt. the restaurant was clean and the personal ensured that old teller and baskets do not stay long on the tables. excites to try again, more elements on the menu.

The basketball team of my girls had today their end of the season party and it was perfect. manager and coworkers made the event seamless and eating was as good as usual. we will definitely come back!
