Was here on the 6th. December 2022 18:30. The screen offered a 16-deal, but the cashier refused to honour him and wanted to sell me a 19-deal. I'm sorry, that's wrong advertising and ridiculous. Corporate and franchisor make surprise checks. Sad to see Popeyes go down! Rating is minus 1

Bought 16 PC Chicken, 1 LG Fries, 1 LG coleslaw, 1 Potatoes, 1 Butterfly Shrimp Cajun Cocktail on 4/11/2022 The mistake I made was that I didn't check what was packed in the bag. The receipt says I bought all the above items, but after I came home, the colleague, Mashed Potatoes, found missing... No longer visit this location and check your stuff

Food is good for quality and freshness. Problem is if employees do not understand and act over-smart. It was 2-3 time now that I always tell them not give me all dark meat when ordering chicken pieces. 90% is legs, thighs and wings, from 10 u can get 1 side breast, that after special requirement please give me to mix. As usual again visited (only Popeyes in Milton), I ordered online 2 pieces and chose the option of mixing (dark white meat), guess what, leg n thighs, they r stur when it comes to white n dark meat. Always try their beta to give you leg, thighs or wings.

Worst fried chicken at this point. The chicken smelled rotten fish, whistled as soon as I had the first bite and threw it to the waste. That's the third time it happened to me. Also they are from the Louisiana sauce most of the times and they calculated 1$ extra to have 2 thighs and 1 leg but I got 1 thigh and 2 leg. You're smart, but you play foul.

This review is specifically for this location's customer service, and to correct the false impressions from previous positive reviews left from others who are clearly from the restaurant staff's family and friends. To be more specific the ladies at this location who work the cash register and fill the orders at the front counter. These individuals should re-evaluate how they speak to thier customers. Unacceptably rude and abrasive. Time after time visiting this location I've witnessed these individuals mistreat countless customers. Finally decided to write a review about it. The staff clearly have no intention to keep repeating customers coming back. Spend your money elsewhere. This location doesn't deserve your hard earned money.
