I had gone with a couple of friends and my boyfriend, we came and were stuck between two large party tables and had a hard time hearing each other despite how close our seats were to eachother. We also weren't given the usual east side mario's bread which was a little disappointing. Also a table behind us with a family had dropped a cup on accident and the employee cleaning hit my head with a mop and didn't say anything to me not even a simple sorry or ask me to move. Rather he acted like he didn't do anything. Other than those two factors our server was nice and food came out quick.

Great place to go when you have three hungry teen boys! Tons of food, good value. Salad and breadsticks are a staple. The chicken parm is hands down best I've had. Huge piece of chicken, juicy, nice breading, delicious tomato sauce and topped with cheese! Can barely get through the spaghetti that comes with it.

The food was great! I had the hells kitchen chicken which was tasty, and the veggies were cooked just right! Our server Kaylee was always around and provided great service. Thanks east side!

The food was fantastic. The service terrible. We were seated by one person who took our drink order. Our order was taken by another, food delivered by someone else. No offer to refill the all you can eat salad and bread. Nobody asked how our meal was. At the conclusion, we asked for our bill. The person we asked then took a phone call for several minutes and then went to the back. Ten minutes later we had to ask someone else. Its unfortunate but wont be returning.
