Waste of money! Had a 3 scoop sundae with scoops the size barely bigger than a tablespoon. Should have just gone to the super store and bought a tub. They really need to teach their staff what a scoop is.

Terrible customer service from the staff experienced on May 15 between 1:00 and 1:30pm. Ordered sundae and milkshake. The staff didn't inform that there would be an extra charge for hot fudge, nuts, hot caramel and sprinkles when we asked for some. I'm surprised she didn't charge us for the paper napkins and spoons. The 2 scoops in the sundae negligible . Wish there was an option for 0 star.

Very disappointing experience . Ordered a cake for my daughters 13th birthday, a very special day in her life. Spent half an hr with store associate on customization, paid 100% upfront , however, when I reached the store the next day at the appointed hr, I was informed after 30 minutes of running around that the order is not processed ? on top of it refund can not be done? will never visit the store again and also recommend anyone considering cake for special occasions to consider other options

Very disappointed as we ordered a birthday cake which was supposed to be filled with mint chocolate chip ice cream. When we cut into it, it was Oreo. I don?t like Oreo. I wonder who got my cake today? Hope it was good
