Arby's - Milroy

I visited the Arby's in Milroy, PA and had a terrible experience. The restaurant was dirty, with no napkins and rough tables. My feet even got stuck to the floor. The food was cold and the roast beef was sliced too thin, like bologna. The buns seemed stale. The staff seemed inexperienced and unprofessional. I was worried about getting food poisoning. I will not be going back.

We initially went to Rutter's to order food, then went to Arby's. We noticed a few people who were also at Rutter's and decided to wait with them. After waiting for over 5 minutes without anyone taking our order, we went back to Rutter's to order our food. We saw the men who were ahead of us at Arby's come into Rutter's to order. It seemed like they had waited for almost 15 minutes at Arby's without being acknowledged. While we waited at Arby's, none of the employees interacted with us or took our order. There were about 5 employees present, 3 in the front and 2 in the server area, but they appeared confused and not very busy. In the future, we may just order at Rutter's instead of trying to order at Arby's. It has been over a week since this experience and I have not received a satisfactory response. The only reply I got was a generic response sent to everyone.

The restaurant is just okay. Half of the ingredients for a simple sandwich were missing. The dining room was quite crowded and the service was slow. Overall, it's not worth going back there.

They were totally out of so much food on the menu. service was terrible after nobody was here before we came here and 5 employees. suddenly we begin to order and they all disappear and probably took 30 plus minutes to get ours. good. terrible service. this facility deserves the decommissioning.

I will never return to the Milroy Arby's. We went through drive thru around 6pm and ordered enough for our family of six. The service was extremely slow, and they didn't have half of their listed menu items and then when we got home our fries tasted like 3 month old burnt oil and my kids chicken nuggets were burnt. This is not the first time we've had poor quality from this Arby's, but it will be the last.
