Romano's Macaroni Grill Milpitas

I have not been here in a while and I was sadly disappointed. The restaurant wasn’t that packed and it took a long time for them to take our order an even longer for the food to come out which is then overcooked. The bathroom was disgusting and graffiti everywhere and was out of everything. I don’t think I will be going back for a while

The food was good and the server was nice but service was very slow. People were complaining all around us. We overheard they were very short staffed and it showed. It took a long time to get sat, a long time to get sat and a long time to take our order. The food came out great maybe a little overdone on the noodles but good. The bathroom was dirty and missing toilet paper in stall

It was Presidents's day weekend , so I guess they were short staffed . Service was slow but understandable. Some of the items like soup was not available even though it was a standard offering with main course

The food was good, but service was slow , probably because of high demand. Had to wait for sometime inspite of reservation.But overall good buzzing ambience and good food, thanks to the chef and other team members, cheers.

I had a reservation on Valentine's night and they sat me right away even though there was a huge crowd without reservations. despite the level of business the service was good , the food was good and it was a very nice night
