Pho 90 Degree - Milpitas

When we are near Milpitas, we go here for pho or appetizers. They have a nice menu and the food is pretty tasty. Today, we just had a couple of appetizers and a sugar cane drink. A robot dropped off our appetizers, that was amusing. The appetizers were fried sweet potatoes and shrimp and egg rolls with a noodle wrap. Great wrapped with lettuce and mint and dipped in their sauce. It is good for group so you can share a variety and they have a lot of tables and easy mall parking. When placing an order, ask for confirmation of what the order taker heard so there is no confusion.

Located at the back side of great mall. Pho 90 is a relatively new pho restaurant with lots of space for seating and pretty good pho. Parking is a lot cuz of the mall but will be hard during holidays cuz of all the sales at great mall. If pho kim long has a long line then this is the go to if you dont wanna wait! Their #15, #42, #51 and #59 are pretty good if you wanna try some new things aside from getting a #1 large at your typical san jose pho restaurant. Their drinks are pretty good too but a bit pricey Pay at the front counter after you are done.

Short rib noodle soup is so delicious and juicy, can I have one extra short rib without charge ?

Really good overall. Broth was flavourful and the Vietnamese rolls were amazing. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because there were too many noodles in the soup and very little greens

We had lunch here on a busy weekend. It’s a huge setup, lots of seating available. That also makes you not see the servers that often. We spent a lot of time there. Ordered Pho Ga Thit Trang (Free ranch chicken white meat noodle soup) large size which was generous quantity, difficult to finish by one. Coming to taste, it’s not the best pho we had but it’s flavorful. Also, had Pho Ap Chao Ga (Vietnamese style house special pan fried flat noodles with chicken) which was just awesome. Pan Fried noodles layer at the bottom was highlight, one of a kind, sauce was yummy. Go for it. Milk tea was okay.
