Rock N' Coal Pizza Millis

The service was extremely slow, and the drinks were disappointing. The waitress did not meet our expectations. We were the only customers in the restaurant.

A few years ago, I purchased a gift card at incontro (under the same ownership). Unfortunately, within 2 weeks of my purchase, the restaurant closed without providing any compensation to those who had bought gift cards. I initially chose to overlook the situation, but after seeing negative reviews being deleted (which I found extremely unprofessional), I felt compelled to speak up. I personally lost $200 and cannot bring myself to support a business that censors negative feedback.

The restaurant had some initial challenges but has since addressed the issues. The pizza here is excellent and the service is friendly and attentive. Friday nights feature music bingo which adds to the fun atmosphere.
