Uno Pizzeria - Millbury

The food at this restaurant is tasty and affordable. The service was a bit slow during our visit, but overall it was a good experience and my family enjoyed our meal. The parking lot is often busy since it's located in Blackstone Valley, so it can depend on the day you visit. This restaurant is family-friendly, as they provide children with their own menus and coloring pages with crayons. They also offer dine-in service.

The service at this restaurant was terrible! The waitress made me wait for over 20 minutes before taking my order for a small pizza. Despite looking my way several times, she completely ignored me while I waited in front of her. Luckily, a man from the kitchen eventually came over and noticed that my pizza had been ready for a while. I'm not sure why there was such a delay in getting my order. This incident occurred on October 17th around 6:35pm. It was a rude experience, and I hope they don't leave customers unattended in the future. Thank you.

The service was excellent but the meal was pricey. The draft beer costs $10 and the pizza was $27.

Sooo. We went here on a Sunday night @6PM. There were hardly any customers and we were told there would be a 10 15 minute wait. We waited for over a half an hour. We thought about leaving and we should have but we ended up staying. The service was extremely slow and the place seemed understaffed. Firstly, there was a bug in my lemonade, we didn’t receive any napkins or any sort of coaster for our drinks, we ordered a cheese pizza and rice pilaf and the pizza was normal but the “rice pilaf” was flavorless yellow rice.. talk about false advertising on that. Our server rarely checked on us and the place isn’t even busy! I don’t mean to be a karen or anything because last time we were here the food was really good and the service was pretty decent, but they just really went rock bottom today.. honestly, if this was my first time here i’d never come again.
