The Northern Public House - Mill Creek

My wife and I had a great afternoon date at The Northern! We were visiting from out of town and decided to give this place a shot and we weren’t disappointed. We had to try the Peanut Butter Bacon Burger and it was delicious! Very unique and also very tasty. Service was great and we had a nice afternoon, I’d recommend checking this place out!

This is a fantastic pub with a great atmosphere, especially for a weekend afternoon. We chose to sit at the bar, and the bartender was very friendly. Even though he was busy, he still provided excellent service! The food was average, typical for a pub setting, but there was nothing to complain about. Overall, it’s a decent place to grab a bite and a great spot to catch some sports!

The atmosphere is fantastic and the food is delicious, but it often seems like they’re understaffed. During my last three visits, we experienced long waits for both service and drinks.

We stopped by Northern for a flight tasting. I opted for a raspberry lime beer and a ginger lime cider, while my companion tried a couple of IPAs that were a bit too bitter for my taste! Their menu is conveniently accessible through a QR code. I appreciated that all their beers are IBU rated, which helped us choose something we'd enjoy. We sat in the outdoor patio area, which had plenty of space between us and other guests. I'm planning to return to sample their food.

Solid fancy pub fare. No complaints form anyone I was with, in fact everyone enjoyed their meal. They offered a flight of pumpkin beer for those in a fall mood. It is definitely worth a try.
