We took our food home only to find a bag of rotten prepacked vegetables and another bag of vegetables for our pho that were similarly unsatisfactory. The bell peppers were slimy, the soy-protein had a foul odor, and the quantity was insufficient. The noodles were undercooked, and the dumplings were hard and stale. Eating this was more about indulgence than enjoyment. We understand that restaurants, for various reasons, might think it’s acceptable to serve subpar food. Fine, but rotten food is just unacceptable, really!
The dining experience was decent, but they consistently mishandled our orders. They forgot to include an entire item, and we had to return to the restaurant to pick it up. There was no compensation for the inconvenience. When we finally got home, we discovered that our pho didn't even have any meat in it! I couldn't bear to go back a third time; by that point, my whole family was fed up.
This restaurant is a great choice for anyone craving delicious pho! The prices are quite reasonable. I'm glad I ordered a medium-sized bowl because it was huge—I couldn't finish it unless you're a big eater. It was just the right amount for me. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to Infinitea, making it a perfect spot for hanging out with friends.
Our family has enjoyed coming here for many years, the staff is attentive, and the summer rolls are my not favorites! they can say that eating is fresh. thank u saito and pho!
Very good pho! I ordered takeout and everything that was supposed to be in the bag was there. Very nice people working there with good customer service and most importantly the food is delicious. Will be definitely coming back again!
