I would prefer a regular sesame toasted bun over their egg buns because they taste a bit dry. Their local husky burger really stands out with flavors. However my favorite to go to burger is their truffle mushroom ****. If anything else, everyone should try their fries. They are thin, crunchy, and superbly tasteful. If they can only streamline their ordering process and buns, it might be better than five guys.
Really good burger place. That goes beyond just a regular burger. The options of burger chicken and even black bean burger was very nice to have. They also have a huge range of sides and fries to enjoy with the family. I didn’t get a chance the half the milk shake but I will make sure to next time.
My wife and I had two classic smashburgers. We were both pleased with our purchases. Meat was cooked well and was tasty. I prefer a more thin burger and this met my expectations. This was our first experience and it will not be the last.
When it comes to fast food, Smashburger is a solid option compared to other chains like Wendy's, Burger King, or McDonald's. The burgers are decent, the fries are quite tasty, and their milkshakes are among my favorites. My only complaint during my first visit was the service, which felt a bit disorganized. However, after a second visit, I noticed a significant improvement in service. Overall, I would rate Smashburger 4 out of 5 stars. It's a great choice for a quick meal, but if I'm looking for dinner, I prefer Plan B Burger, which is conveniently located just behind Smashburger. The atmosphere and burgers at Plan B make it more suited for a sit-down experience to savor your meal. In contrast, Smashburger is more geared towards those in need of a quick bite. It’s decent, but not exceptional.
As a former cook, I can confidently say that you can always count on getting fresh fries, particularly the Tater darts, straight from the fryer.
