Panera Bread - Milford

I regret to say that my experience at this new Panera was disappointing. The service was quite slow, my food was served cold, and the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. The tables were sticky, and it seemed like the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in months. Additionally, there were cobwebs on the windows. Overall, it was a letdown.

This place is fantastic!!! The absolute greatest Panera service ever. 1st they hand deliver your food. They also make an effort to make friendly conversation including ?what?s your favorite cookie?. They were super speedy you would have thought they were arabbit as your car drives past them. The food is delicious and they give you such hefty slices of bread. I know their notskimping on food here. They even have a dark academia fireplace to keep us warm.

I absolutely love their food! It's incredibly delicious. They also have a lot of deliveries available on Uber Eats!

Egg was raw (runny white) on breakfast sandwiches, ordered 2 got only one..had to go back..in addition to raw egg they were out of ham, replaced with a measly half slice of bacon...its a chain people! Get it right!

I placed my order online to avoid any mix-ups, but unfortunately, my order ended up being incorrect. I'm not sure why it was so difficult to get it right, especially since everything was clearly spelled out on the receipt.
