Bert's Deli - Milford

The quality of this deli has significantly declined since new ownership took over. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich on a hard roll, but it was so small that there was barely any meat on one side of the sandwich, and the cutlet was burnt in spots on the other side. I may have to find a new local deli if things don't improve.

After the new owners took over, they initially provided excellent service and were very accommodating. However, they started to decline when they began to make mistakes with multiple orders. One day, I forgot to pay for a coffee and was reminded in a rude manner as if I was trying to avoid paying $2.00. As a regular customer, you would expect them to be more considerate.

Their customer service leaves much to be desired, especially from the girl who takes orders. It put a damper on my morning.

Very disappointing. I don't know if they sold the business but it wasn't the same. Different staff. Sandwiches had no taste. The bread was stale one piece of chicken on the sandwich microwave bacon. Not like it used to be.

I truly don't know what happened to Bert's Deli in the past month we have ordered takeout from there, and 3 times in a row the order was totally messed up! They used to be great, something changed for the worst! What happened????
