Tongue River Winery - Miles City

If you like wine, it's a must on the street! Bob and Marilyn have been making wine for over 40 years. They are passionate about their wine and it shows. My favourite: Cherry Pie!! Just add whipped cream.

Mr. Bob is very knowledgeable and passionate about his vineyard and IT SHOWS! Tongue River has a wide selection of wines, a little something for everyone. Very affordable! Our favorites were the Cold Front, La Crescent, Frontenac, 100% Rhubarb and Black Currant. Did I mention the beautiful property and great gifts?!

Magnificent colours and aromas of award-winning, Montana-made wine from this small town, family wine. The variety ranged from traditional red and white to interesting and unusual fruit mixes. Friendly, accommodating staff and such a great local experience. I can't wait to go back to a tour of the vineyard in the summer.

This quick stop turned into quite the experience! They really set the bar for colder climate grape wines and fruit wines! We have never tried such a variety of wines and walked away with so much knowledge! These are not only great for unique Midwest wines, but they are amazing wines by any standard!
