This is a nice Indian resaurant that makes quite good eating. if they really want their taste buds to sing asking for chicken as entree it is not on the menu, so they are for a tasty! their portions let them cry. but they were warned! her wine selection is good and overall it is very valuable.
I have visited this restaurant twice. On the first visit, I ordered the Kadahi chicken to go and received a sweet butter chicken with capsicum instead, with no mention of the mix-up. I decided to give it another chance and dined in the restaurant. I ordered chili chicken and dal makhani. The chicken dish was overcooked and the chefs seemed to be unfamiliar with the recipe or preparation. The dal seemed to be watered down and poorly cooked, possibly from using pre-packaged mixes. I would recommend buying ready-to-eat Indian food from Coles rather than eating here. When paying, I asked the chef what flavors were used in my meal and was shocked by their answer.
The meal at this restaurant was excellent, with a great selection on the menu. The service was top-notch and very quick. The curry was delicious and perfectly cooked, and the house chardonnay was outstanding.
I visited this restaurant twice. First day order take away Kadahi Chicken and was given sweet butter chicken base chicken with capsicum - no idea of recipes. Given benefit of doubt visited again and had food at restaurant. Chili Chicken and Dal Makhani (Black Lentils). Chicken was burnt and again garbage, cooks have got no clue of recipe or preparation this dish. Dal was poorly cooked seem to be diluted by water addition or straight from off the shelf cooked cans from Coles or Wollies. Better to buy Indian food ready to eat from Coles rather eating at this place. At the time of paying Chef of the restaurant asked "did I specify what spices should be used in my food" OMG.
