L'alchimia Ristorante Lounge Bar

Food, service, wines, staff... a 10/10 in all aspects. Option to choose menu or a la carte. Either menu is very complete. If not, there is also the option of choosing 2 or 3 dishes a la carte to your liking. We chose one of the menus and we were right! Regarding the selection of wines, they have a cellar of more than 900 references, highlighting Italian and French wines as well as some from the rest of the world. If you don 't know which one to choose, let your Somillier advise you. We drank 3 bottles and they were exceptional. If you are passionate about wine like us, they let you take a short visit to their Cantina in the basement of the restaurant. Quite an experience. We will repeat without a doubt!

We were looking forward to an experience at a Michelin star restaurant. Bought a 5-course tasting menu with a wine package. The food was perfectly fine, many good flavors but overall a disappointing taste experience compared to expectations. The wine package was quite confusing. Good wines but very low quantities. I have never experienced having a wine package at a similar restaurant and often being left with an empty glass, often even before we had finished the dish. Heard that this was also commented on from the neighboring table that they served a dish to a guest with an empty glass. Generally low follow-up at the table of clearing empty glasses and refilling water, and partly almost arguing (allegedly but not completely) between the waiters. Overall an average experience and will not be visiting again.

Sapori buoni, bei piatti, ma manca l'esperienza, non c'è il plus... quello che ho trovato in altri ristoranti stellati qui non c'è a iniziare dal centro tavola di fiori di plastica.... orribile! Sembra un vorrei ma non posso. Tutto da rivedere, peccato!

Il ristorante è giovane ed elegante, i piatti sono ben presentati e curati ma alcune portate non sono da ristorante stellato. Consiglio di assaggiare il rombo in crema di funghi e foie gras perché è eccezionale. Il servizio è nella media, ma il sommelier è molto bravo.

I went to l’alchimia for Valentine's Day. there was a fixed menu €95 euro without drinks. given the Michelin star I expected an excellent service and amazing eating, that was not the case. service: when we arrived, the manager of the restaurant told me that despite my confirmation over open table he could not find my reservation, which I had to show twice and told me that I should wait. after 10 minutes he gave us a table at the end of the restaurant near the beginning to the kitchen a counter, which is usually not used for customers, as confirmed by one of the waiters. . at the end of dinner when I asked about my jacket, the waiter couldn't find it until she noticed that it was placed on a random bank at the entrance, at least they apologised . food: well presented on the plates, but not amazing. what we expected is also a description of what we wanted to eat from the waiters, but again. that was not the case. I guess we had to stay on the table on the menu. overall I would not recommend this restaurant. price quality just doesn't seem right.
