An absolute hidden jewel in Milano! Maxing Pub Food, interesting Japanese dishes, great selection of Sake and international beers! But above all the very friendly staff.

A few weeks ago, my culinary adventure in Milan resumed at one of the evenings in which you would eat somewhere, except at home, because sometimes we break the form, because knowledge about new places means meeting new people and those in this place are really special. We are talking about a place in Via Bligny, eating in a street full of places, with a complicated competition to face. A place that offers a kitchen that is very far from the classic traditional cuisine that we are used, but that, reading between the lines, has some very interesting nuances that somehow brought me home. Maybe because the cook is originally from Campania, maybe because the staff is so friendly that you feel right now, maybe because the ingredients used are really perfectly treated. I tasted the dishes, I have an idea and I saw the big picture: at @chemonamilano you eat really well. On the picture one of the dishes that hit me most due to the complexity of execution and technique. A dish that you could also order in a classic Japanese restaurant, but that you could only eat in places like this. From individual vegetables to roast scallops, cooked to perfection. I leave with a really pleasant memory, with the desire and conviction that I want to go back. #foodlifegood

Circa due settimane fa ho ripreso la mia avventura gastronomica milanese in una di quelle serate in cui mangeresti ovunque tranne che a casa, perché ogni tanto è bello rompere gli schemi, perché conoscere locali nuovi significa conoscere persone nuove e quelle di questo posto sono davvero speciali. Sto parlando di un ristorante in Via Bligny, in una strada piena di posti dove cenare, con una concorrenza difficile da affrontare. Il ristorante propone una cucina molto diversa dalla tradizionale cucina a cui siamo abituati, ma che, letta tra le righe, presenta delle sfumature molto interessanti che mi hanno fatto sentire un po' a casa. Forse perché lo chef è di origini campane, forse perché lo staff è così cordiale che ci si sente subito a proprio agio, forse perché gli ingredienti utilizzati sono trattati in modo eccellente. Assaggiando i piatti ho capito subito che si mangia davvero bene da @chemonamilano. Nella foto uno dei piatti che mi ha colpito di più, per la sua complessità e tecnica. È un piatto che potresti ordinare anche in un classico ristorante giapponese, ma che in realtà puoi assaporare solo in posti come questo. Dalle singole verdure alle capesante fritte, tutto perfettamente cucinato. Me ne vado con un ricordo davvero piacevole, con la voglia e la certezza di voler tornare. #foodlifegood

Pub giapponese interessante, atmosfera molto piacevole, personale gentile e disponibile, cibo ottimo e particolare, sicuramente ci torneremo.
