La Tana Del Ghiottone - Milan

The service was poor. Also I ordered a tagliata with funghi porcini, but they gave me a cooked thin beef similar to a carpaccio and there was a worm in my dish, they said it was from the mushrooms but I really don’t know. I had to threw up in the bathroom. They didn’t apologize, it was a horrible experience.

Found the place purely by chance while looking for another one in the neighbourhood. Came back again the next day as we were very happy with our find. : Lovely cozy, very basic but unbeatable delicious food, from the antipasti up to the desert.. everything was great. The staff is so friendly and the waitress spoke English very well and was so kind as to recommend us the best Pasta (my personal favourite Penne Sancio Pancio a bit spicy and simply amazing . Awesome wine, home made Tiramisu and unbelievably low prices drinks, wine, antipasti, pasta and deserts for 40 euros! Would definitely visit again the next time I'm in Milan.

Completely NOT what was advertised .....poor selection of wines poor selection of salads bad quality food ....squalid environment
