Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Milaca

The hours online don’t align with when they are actually open. Everytime we try to go they are closed. Usually the blizzards aren’t even fully mixed either. We’ve also had times where employees recognized us and they purposely sabotaged our food. Worst DQ around.

I could not believe the horrible service I received. The person working was so incredibly rude. She scoffed and rolled her eyes when I told her we had only gotten one basket and I ordered two. I ordered a pup cup for my dog and she was annoyed that she had to count my change and then didn’t even give me my change back. When I asked if I could get my change back she rolled her eyes again and said, “Ugh, I don’t have time for that!” and then walked away. When I tried to talk, she cut me off and kept getting annoyed with me. Don’t think I will be going back.

I was at milaca dq during lunch today. I am so blessed to be able to come out and enjoy this establishment! You all are doing an amazing job ! God bless you all!!

If you are going to state that you are open til nine on Friday and Saturday, your menu board shouldn't be off at ten minutes after eight. One or the other needs to change.

Would not allow me to walk in and get carry out so I was forced to walk into the open lobby of the Hardee's after parking my rig at Kwik Trip. There is no excuse to close a lobby.
