Place that surprised us. very good food, of quality and abundant, at a great price. we come from alicante and I want to have it closer to repeat it!

Very nice eating. great quantities too. ideal if you want to have a relaxed lunch, not too busy at a place and with a beautiful atmosphere. we had the house sale and the Russian salate. also the lamp leg. all super beautiful. the prices are fair. we're going back!

This was the best meal I've had in Malaga or the Mijas area since coming here the past two years when things opened up. Lupe (the owner) was so friendly and the codillo was slow cooked and unreal how tender they made it. Our waitress Vanessa was a pleasure to chat with and we will definitely be back. The value here is some of the highest we've had around and it was just a short trip up the hill. We will be back! Thank you el Panal de la Reina!!!!

We booked a table at this restaurant and were surprised to find there were very few other diners. Our starters were good but 3 out of 4 mains were really delicious. The wines were good as were the digestives. Service was excellent
