I have been to several restaurants in Switzerland and really on rare occasions, that is, I have rarely come across an establishment like this... Starting with the reception, we couldn't find the reservation and they left us standing there waiting for a good time without even trying to find an alternative or solution until we finally found the table we were assigned. We waited a long time for the main dish to finally have a bad dish, filets de perche accompanied by very bad French fries and steamed vegetables at an additional cost, why didn't they want to replace the garnish of French fries with the vegetables, these vegetables seemed defrosted from the previous day, without any seasoning and with an unpleasant taste. The drink, Spritz, was poorly prepared. And something unexpected happened with the service, the waitress did not want to bring the drink to the table that one of us had ordered because we simply had not ordered it at the time she wanted it and now we had to wait until she could or wanted it. take it to us and on two occasions, somewhat aggressively, she said her reasons why she didn't take it... that is, it was asked at the wrong time for her. The person who had ordered said drink, almost at the beginning of his main course, must have taken it when he was about to finish it... Totally incorrect equivalence between quality and price. It's a shame because of the privileged location in which the restaurant is located, on the shore of the lake.

There are many buvettes/restaurants offering perches/frites but this is definitely among the best. Very good quality, generous portions, professional friendly service. If you can, book a table at the far end of the buvette and enjoy the lake view.

This restaurant has a fantastic terrace overlooking the lake it is a wonderful location for a summer evening. However, our last visit was a huge disappointment: the service was inefficient, unacceptably slow and completely unapologetic.
