Thank you for a wonderful service memorializing my niece Kasinda Vilynsia Aska-Lee. However, there was a very disturbing incident noted by various speakers that I certainly hope was accidental. My brother Lewis Eugene Lee. Kasinda's father, was sitting directly next to her mother (ex-spouse) and was not acknowledged by anyone during the service except one of our other brother's Leroy Lee, Jr. In many families, there are dynamics which occur but often are managed. Regardless of what differences might have occurred, my brother and his oldest daughter had a strong relationship through the good and bad times. Can you imagine the pain and anguish that a parent experienced while burying their child? He did not express his thoughts or feelings about this, but I wanted to communicate my sentiment to the PR staff. My mother and I attended your church in MWC several years ago and certainly enjoyed it. Her grandchildren/my nieces and nephews are blessed to have a supportive church family. People will still sit three to two seats apart from you and take off their mask. I am missing going to church big time but when others can't kept their mask on and sit distance from a person they don't know. It's makes me not want to take the chance and it makes me sad.
