The manager insulted me, and they forgot to include the strips and biscuits in my order despite reassurance that it was complete. They also don't start preparing mobile orders until you arrive, defeating the purpose of ordering ahead on the app. This store should take notes from other locations that handle orders more efficiently. This was my second terrible visit to this location, and I will not be returning. As someone who manages a restaurant, I know what it takes to be successful, and this is definitely not the way to run a business. This type of experience would never happen at Chick-fil-A, where they prioritize character and customer service.
The order was supposed to include 8 pieces of chicken (2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breasts, 2 wings) but instead received 6 legs and 4 thighs all jumbled together in a messy pile. Additionally, the 8 strips that were supposed to be included were withheld for some reason. The food was terrible, the service was terrible, and the employees were incompetent. The atmosphere was rated 1 star only because the building at the drive-thru window looked dirty and possibly vandalized by customers.
