Kfc - Midwest City

I asked for a two piece chicken and as part of the two piece could one of those two pieces be a breast. He charged me extra because I asked him for the breast. I don't know if this is your policy but next time tell people that they are paying extra for the breast in addition to the two piece.

Why would you put someone at the drive-thru that can't count change and has a bad attitude

I'm convinced this location is run by NPCs that have zero consequences for their actions. When I tell y'all.. I have been to this location 4 times in the last 6 months and have only gotten actual food once, and it is no lie. It's usually around 630p when I attempt to get some delicious chicken, so that's probably the night shift. Anyways.. all the other reviews tell yall about how rude they are, the acting out, all that. I'm here to tell yall they also like ignoring the customers and then playing hide n seek while giggling. What can we do, right? Like I'm gonna throw a fit to get some food that they're DEFINITELY gonna mess with, no thank you. Don't even bother yall. Stopping here will just raise your blood pressure and leave your tummy grumbling.

First of all!!! Why is this place ALWAYS so unfriendly, unwelcoming and people with the worst attitude? Customer service is so terrible you’re almost afraid when you don’t have your order in within 5 seconds. There is no helping you out or patience with these people. Then after leaving almost 50 dollars at this place; I come home and my fries are nasty. Fries from all day laying there. Chicken tenders from all day laying there and so were the biscuits. Plain and simple nasty and uneatable. Never again!!! ?

Ordered a 12 piece crispy bucket. I arrived 10 minutes after the time given, and still had to wait 15 minutes. On top of that I didn't even get crispy as requested, they said all they had was original. Not a big deal but the whole situation was very off putting.
