Handel's Homemade Ice Cream - Midvale

The ice cream is good and the scoop sizes are generous. The cone on the left has a scoop of Strawberry Cheesecake Chunk and a scoop of Chocolate Malt with Caramel. The other cone was two scoops of Oree Dough. I thought it was neat that they add a small scoop on top of the big scoop.

Always love this place because the ice cream is so light, fresh, and flavorful with lots of flavors. Right now you can get peach flavor and it was AMAZING! Sweet yet tangy at the same time wondering how could it be so flavorful and not tire of it either to the last bite. Now one of my favorites!

The variety of flavors here is reminiscent of the Cheesecake Factory's extensive menu—so many choices! The great news is that you can try a 4-dip sampler, which is like an ice cream flight! It's rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious.

There are so many options and flavors to explore when it comes to enjoying ice cream. On our way back to Park City after a long day in Salt Lake City, my husband and I decided to stop here on a whim, and we are so glad we did. The ice cream was clearly homemade and tasted fantastic. It was perfectly creamy and fresh. My husband ordered a Hurricane, while I opted for a four-scoop sampler to try out several flavors. The variety of flavors is impressive, and I can only imagine they have seasonal options throughout the year. It was pretty busy during our visit, so be prepared to wait patiently. Take some time to browse the menu so you’re ready when it’s your turn to order. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, especially for new customers.

Handles is one of the top spots for ice cream in the area, particularly at this location. I ordered a medium waffle cone with Buckeye and Chocoholic Chunk (which is the best flavor), and the scoop was piled so high it looked like they were aiming to win an ice cream scooping competition. Incredible! The chocolate is incredibly rich as well—this is definitely a must-try.
