Chili's Grill & Bar - Midvale

Friday night is normal. but wait one because they don't want to open another section? I will take my hunger elsewhere! After I was brought to the original chili in dallas, I am used for a more efficient use of the restaurant.

Management is not customer-friendly. had a bad experience at this place. the management lied what happened when we complained to the area manager matt. I would never spend another dollar in this restaurant chain.

We went twice in the same week and had very similar experiences. first, the hostess here are terrible. we were not greeted for at least 5 minutes or set ourselves. at this point I was a little frustrated. then the service was decent. the food took a little long to get out and then when it came out, it was cool both to visit. the first time I got the honey chips chicken wars and my fraught and my crowns where both are cool. the second time I got a burger and the bungalow on the floor was still a bit cold and the burger around was hardly warm. then I went to the toilet room and there was an entry into the kitchen right next to the walkway with chip bins open and on the floor that...read more

Service ever! we saw our waiter three times total. that included once to break the leak. they were made of several elements and we had to ask several times for our meal. do not ask them to go to, unless they want to be frozen and have a free show from the irritated employees. but they have not taken care of their breaks! I would drive all the way to ogden for the great service at this place.

Not bad for a National Chain. The chips and salsa are the perfect blend of salty (they make their own chips) and not too hot (I'm a whimp) salsa. I love to order the Chicken Enchilada soup on the Express lunch menu with a perfect sized salad.
