I am very disappointed with the service and experience provided. Hot and Juicy is a big must-go for travelers. We look forward to the food everytime we visit Vegas and our experience was ruined when our order arrived. We ordered “The Drool” and when we opened our bag, there appeared to be no Hot Juicy sauce as requested. The “sauce” in the bag looked like it was just the steam from the seafood. Usually we can see the sauce on the corn and crablegs. But this time we saw nothing. When we told the waitress, she try to justify it by saying that there was a change in recipe but I believed she knew there was no sauce in our bag. She got us a side of sauce to go along with our Drool. Everything about this experience was disappointing; from opening our sauceless Drool to our waitress not acknowledging our speculation.

I come eat here every time I visit Las Vegas. I was impressed this time that we didn't have a wait. However, the wait began once we were seated. I assume due to COVID staffing is short. We were told our server would be right with us but had to step out to take a call. Really? Once our food was ordered, it was delivered in pieces. Strange since what cooks the longest came out first and quick stuff took forever. I am going to blame it on COVID staffing. My food was delicious as usual.

It was a Friday night 830pm and if you want to dine in, you must put in your reservation early or days ahead. They will only seat parties of 4 or less. The food($193.00 fried/boiled shrimp, catfish Po boy, green/black muscles, corn, potatoes) was good, and it was hot and stayed warm back to our hotel. No one in my party had anything negative to say about their good. They give nice portions. Doing a carry out order can be a little challenging. You must take your time. After your order is placed, it will take about 30 minutes for your order to be cooked. You will receive a text message when your order is ready. For a Friday night the parking lot was jammed packed so I suggest having someone go with you to hop out and go in and pick up your order. Keith [hidden email]

Went in on a recommendation from a friend. This place was hopping! They did a fantastic job of keeping the place clean and food waa very fast. You can call in an order for carryout, or you can eat here. Beware however mild is stronger than most medium spice in other restaurants to me mild was perfect. You will get messy, but its well worth it. I would recommend if you order get your feet wet can easily serve 2 people. Enjoy!
