Eunice is the sweetest and her cupcakes are one of a kind. If you are looking for the typical light and airy cake with heavy, sweet frosting, I would suggest buying a cupcake to try first. The cake is a European pound cake. It is dense but moist and not overly sweet. The icing is very unique and the best way I can describe it is like whipped cheese cake. It is very light and not overly sweet. It’s a very satisfying cupcake without making you feel icky for eating it. Also, she has a honeydew flavor that tastes just like honeydew and that’s always a big hit at parties. I personally love Eunice’s baking style and Pink Belle Cake House is where we will get all of our cakes and cupcakes for birthdays going forward.

I ordered a birthday cake for my Grandmother’s 88th birthday Oct. 19, 2020. It was a “European pound cake” with chocolate whipped-like frosting. The frosting tasted just like chocolate ice cream. I read previous reviews stating customers felt their cakes were uncooked. Not true!!! Eunice will describe how she makes her cakes. Just ask her. And plus I Googled “European pound cake”... totally different texture/taste than what people are accustomed to. My Grandmother and our family rated her birthday cake a perfect 10! The frosting was smooth, not too much sugar, airy and light.
