Hardee's - Midlothian

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the fries I received were cold and hard. They also messed up my order and then acted as if it was my fault. After the mistake was acknowledged, the service at the window was really slow. I won’t be returning to this place.

Overall, the food is consistently good. Just remember to check your drive-thru order before you leave. I’ve experienced issues like missing dipping sauce, no straw, or napkins. There have also been instances where I received the wrong drink. As long as you catch these things before driving off, it shouldn’t be a huge problem.

The staff here is truly exceptional. I visit frequently, and several of the employees recognize me. I've never encountered any issues—just fantastic food and outstanding service. Thank you!

Attitude was honestly terrible, the person of the speaker must be exactly MONITORED. She never greeted me, and even when I left, she never said? Do you have a good day or something? I said, thank you and she never said anything. She just gave me my food and went away and there was a piece of hair in my fry container?. glad I don't live on this side of the city. will not come back

Good chicken haven't had they chicken since I was little and since I moved to Virginia. Only problem not enough chicken and they didn't have no gravy and my chicken was luke warm. They could've did better. Not saying I won't go back. Cashier didn't speak just no customer service skills at all. The young people at that place have a problem with greeting they customers.
