Przekaż informację zwrotnąI guess the restaurants, not just Dunkin Donuts, in this neighborhood don't value customers. They either have rude teenagers the don't get your order right or don't speak the English enough to be taking orders and your order is not right. This isunnecessary stress when trying to get to work, school or whatever you destination may be. Not to mention with these issues, ittakes 20 minutes to handle 2 cars in the drive. All I can say is if you are in a hurry this is not the place to choose duringthe morning, afternoon until maybe after 7pm when there are no teenagers working. When they are not there very few problems withany of these issue's. Just my experience.
The service was great. I ordered the holiday blend coffee, and it tasted like regular coffee. ????
I always stop there in the early morning hours. I will never stop there anymore. The male employee is always on the phone, not paying attention to what he is doing. I sit at the drive thru window much to long, without a response. I drive off. Last weekhe was talking on the phone, while serving me, he charged my card three times and refused to honor me two free coffee, I willnever go there again. It were times, when the coffee wasn't even hot.
This is my second time to get coffee in this place. Both times I went around 7:00 a.m. the night, and I think they need other workers not only the manager, because he doesn't speak well English. He made my order wrong twice when he gets coffee there. Even through the highway it was dark. I felt insecure as if someone robbed me. There is not enough lighting around
My daughter and I absolutely love this location extremely fast, to the wonderful service the lady in the window at 730 is so brilliant always? Does me and my daughter start day big frozen hot chocolate and their Avacado Toast and Ice Carmel Latte for me followed by their kindness? We need more places and people like this!!!
