A friendly staff doesn't guarantee accurate orders, quality food, or understanding when mistakes occur. During my recent visit to the drive-thru, my order was missing an entree. It was puzzling to receive dipping sauces but not the chicken nuggets. The strawberries were old and mushy, lacking any flavor, and the lettuce was just past its expiration date—definitely not crisp or fresh. When I reached out to address the issue, the employee was unclear and seemed to assume I would drive back to resolve it, showing no real apology. Their response felt rehearsed. I inquired about the possibility of using a company delivery driver to bring me the missing items, but I was told that wasn't an option and that drivers don’t do that. Now, I'm planning to call again to find out if I will receive a credit for the errors.
