Bojangles - Midlothian

The service at this restaurant is consistently fast and has improved over time. The staff is always friendly, professional, and polite. It seems like there is a new management team in place because orders are now being prepared more accurately and the service has become noticeably quicker.

We are the first people in line and we’re at the window and they aren’t doing anything we’ve been at the window for 15 minutes and now there’s a long line behind us…ridiculous

I ordered a simple dish but they messed it up by forgetting the egg in my ham and egg dish. By the time I realized the mistake, it was already too late and too far to return it.

Went Bojangles on midlothian on Feb 18. My husband and I love their chicken and sausage and egg biscuit. That what I order each time I go there. Sadly to say thelast time. When I walked in I stood at the register for 5 minutes eas not acknowledged. Them a young lady that was standing by drive thru came over . She took my order played it was on the counter and walked away. I stood there for another 10 minutes, Noone said anything about my order. Young guy came up I asked to speak to a manager, he stated he was. I explained my situation. He went over to the drivethru ask the young lady to get my order. Their customer service is terrible.
