Leonardos - Midleton

I chose chicken fillet with pepper sauce, baked potato side salad.All tasty, but the chicken was very thin. A chicken fillet sliced in half through the middle.I'm not a big eater, so it was OK ... but even I felt it was a bit light on' !!Other portions might be larger ... but if I was to order this again ... I would need to have a starter or desert as well .... which I guess is the whole reason why !I don't have a sweet tooth... so didn't want dessert ... but I seriously considered ordering a garlic bread to fill me up .... (I didn't It's cafe style'. clean, white, noisy chairs and tiled floor. Casual dining.Busy almost full when I was there, 6pm on a Friday night.Card machine wasn't working the night I was there but there was a sign on the door advising this.

Eating was excellent and very reasonable price, it cannot fail there. the staff was very friendly. only the reason I gave it instead of staring, the restaurant is quite small. not much space between tables. but I would still return

Definitiw a small jewel in midleton. the prices are affordable, the portions are quite large, and we had the most friendly waitress. they would definitely visit again!

We visited leonardos at cork. arrived late ish, I ordered the hunch filled with black pudding and my partner a pizza. my veg was a bit over boiled (it was after 8pm tho), but the hunch was nice as the roasted kartoffels. my partner said his pizza was beautiful. I'd call again. we also had half a bottle of red, which was the perfect size and a very beautiful wein. Thank you.
