Przekaż informację zwrotnąI just finished my meal from a call job on the arch. it was good on average. but unfortunately I will not return. with the struggles that the industry has today, they are taking away the kind of payment and the discussion where it is treated. I ordered a stuff salad as upgrade to one of my meals. I was charged the full price for a charalat and no credit for the garden salad I was upgraded from. even a small loan would have been nice. I asked this first with the cashier when she paid, and when she said that it was like I told her that she was simply lost and explored. the head lady - I think - brought my command and when I tried to discuss him with her, she spoke directly about me. which I find very rude. after his stop I wonder if I could speak and she didn't really say and turn and left. I had supported these youngs by covid and for several times. I will not come back and stupid that I would have asked for my money or even got the garden salad I owed. Good to do, another restaurant in the opposite will get my business. ps: I usually spend about $110 for an order and they lost my business over $3. sad! never gave a top normalyl 15% on takeout- so the ordering $ smart would have been bigger. How can this be called the gas friendship industry?:
Although there were several large, rather loud groups that could not distract from the food or the attentions of our server, amy. we enjoyed the arch for two and a bottle woodbridge Cab-Sauv, which was not on the wee menu, but amy said they had as. we mentioned it was our favorite. a common turtle cheese cake that fills our meal.
We did not visit because the host was very rude on the phone. if they don't post prices on the line, they should be ready to answer the question via the menu on the phone. we say $30-50 don't cut.
Despite the vax travel pass request, dropped and proved that they do not encounter the transfer, this restaurant continues to presuppose actiw and discriminates against the people and customers who were still willing to support them as soon as they could. they have just lost 10 customers...forever we know on which side of the story they will stand! not the side we want to participate in!
The food was 5 stars and the wait staff was 5 stars. My only issue was with an older lady (seemed like a manager or an owner) making our entire table uncomfortable several times throughout the evening. She complained about our tables “volume” when there...were at least 3 other tables around us doing the same, as well as a table behind us that was extremely loud (No complaints from me towards these tables as it seemed like everyone was having an awesome time). It’s just extremely hard to enjoy a perfectly cooked NY strip steak when you have a lady in a leopard COVID mask staring daggers at your table the entire time from behind the bar….
